Editing process

Only original papers comprising unpublished data, interpretation or syntheses will be accepted. The review process will include at least two referees selected from the program committee. During the blind review phase, the reviewers will assess the paper independently from each other and the authors. Edits will be made using Microsoft Word track changes for the review process. Full papers will have a maximum word count of 4000 words. For the “Young conservation professionals” session, the paper format will be adapted to extended abstracts of maximum 1500 words.

The conference proceedings will be available to all conference attendees in a digital format on a USB flash drive with interactive interface (papers, table of contents and author / keywords indexes). A print on demand format of the proceedings will also be available after the conference.

A printed book of abstracts will be provided to each conference attendee.
